Try  looking for a place to develop your work where already exists a wheel chair basketball team. It will lower the implantation cost, because the wheelchairs for sportive practice are not very cheap;  

If you have a participative community, but they do not have access to wheelchair for sportive practice, get to work. Mobilize your community, because this kind of project presents an excellent social return for public entrepreneurs and administrators, for the disabilities have been always discriminated in our society. Be very careful with opportunists: there's always somebody wanting to take advantage of good will and serious work. 

For initial practice, it is better to start with the modality handball 4, because with 10 chairs you may begin the work with the Handball, as well as you can collaborate with the implantation of the Basketball. We recommend to begin with both modalities, to justify the investment with the chairs (close to R$ 15,000, 00  - fifteen thousand Reais). 

Twice per week, with two hours of duration allow the accomplishment of a serious work and does not overload the players. We recommend to have at least 2 involved academics of Physical Education in the project, because the wheelchair users need help to be fixed in the sportive chairs, as well as the chairs also they demand organization and maintenance, what makes it difficult to work with only one person.
