The result was accomplished during the second phase of Paranaense Championship, played in Flavio Marcilio Gym, in Francisco Beltrao, modality WCH 4a, Male. The decision was thrilling, and the game was decided on the golden goal, at the tie break, and the ball was shot from the middle of the court!

The last phase, on November 28th, is going to take place at the Sports Complex of Unipar Cianorte. Both Unipar from Cianorte and Toledo are going to play the finals for WCH 4a and WCH 7. Francisco Beltrao and Sao Miguel do Iguaçu play for third place on WCH 7.

On WCH 4b, Unipar Cianorte has already accomplished the title by winning the second phase. As the first one was also won by them, the title is already garanteed.
On WCH 4 Female, São Miguel do Iguaçu has surprised the favorite Unipar Toledo, and won both games by 2x0, taking the decision to the last phase in Cianorte.

Three days of hard work, and from the 21 athletes Who attended the training, 12 were chosen to represent Brasil at the 1st International Meeting of Wheelchair Handball. On the occasion, the very first game of WCH is going to be played by two American selections.

Supported by Unimed, the Universidade Paranaense, campus Cianorte, has made the last phase of training with Brazilian Selection of HCR. An introduction game was made, and collected 200kg of food, which was donated to Provopar, a charity institution.

The event also was attended by professor Miriam Fecchio Chueiri, Director of Unipar, campus Cianorte, who also thanked the directors of Umuarama and Toledo, for the support on transportation of their athletes.

In occasion of the opening of his speech on the VII National Meeting of Handball Professors of Brazilian Colleges, which took place in Recife – Pernambuco, professor Décio Calegari has handed to professor Manoel Luiz Oliveira, the president of Brazilian Confederation of Handball (CBHb), the requirement of membership of Brazilian Association of Wheelchair Handball (Abrahacar).

This year, professor Décio has spoken about training strategies, and again the participants of the event have enjoyed it fully, making a lot of questions and informing about iniciatives that Begin to spread in other brazilian states, such as Alagoas and Pernambuco.

  During the trainings for Brazilian selection made in Cianorte, Abrahacar has formed 16 new referees, who Will accomplish the practical activities during the last phase of the Championship of Paraná of WCH. The students of P.E. Course from Unipar – Cianorte enjoyed the course.
